Now, you can hand over your medical bill nightmares to the experts. Getting started is easy. A $250 retainer fee is required to review your medical records and determine if errors/overcharges exist. We do request that you sign our agreement and mail it to us. For further information, go to FAQ (frequently asked questions). 

We guarantee that you will get more than this deposit back in payments from your insurance company(s) or medical facilities. If we do not find any overcharges, we will refund your deposit less any fees incurred to obtain medical records. You can’t lose! 

If you are an individual, attorney, or insurance company representative, here’s what Medical Bill Consultants, LLC will do for you

  1. Analyze your bills for errors and/or overcharges
  2. Make sure the proper payment was received and applied from your insurance company
  3. Double check that the medical facility applied all payments and adjustments to your bill from insurance company payments
  4. Monitor your bills to ensure you are correctly billed
  5. Advise you as to what you should pay

If you are a medical provider, Medical Bill Consultants, LLC will

  1. Check to make sure insurance payments and adjustments are correct
  2. Assist you with collections of account receivables that are over 90 days old
  3. Development of office policy and procedures manual
  4. Assist in all the current compliance/HIPPA regulations as they retain to your medical office
  5. Assist in the preparation for and filing of the new NPI numbers
